What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Law Attorney position at Pacific Northwest Family Law?
A Rewarding Legal Career with Real Impact
Many litigators spend years fighting high-stakes cases for corporations, wealthy clients, or faceless businesses—only to realize that, at the end of the day, their work is just about money. Family law is different.
At Pacific Northwest Family Law, we help people through some of the most challenging and life-altering moments they will ever face. We fight for fathers to get fair time with their kids, help mothers achieve financial independence, and guide families as they heal and rebuild from bad situations. The work is challenging, emotions run high, but the satisfaction of delivering real results for real people is unmatched.
That being said, family law is not for everyone. It takes skill, resilience, and the ability to handle complex emotions and high stakes. Not every attorney can do this work—but for those who can, the personal and professional rewards are significant.
We provide all the resources you need so you can focus on practicing law and delivering great outcomes for clients. Our attorneys are not responsible for marketing, networking, or client acquisition—we handle that. You will be supported by legal assistants and a full administrative team, including staff who manage trust accounting and client intake.
The position is based out of our Bellevue office and will handle cases in King, Benton, Franklin, and Yakima counties. We also have offices in each of these locations. Remote work is available, and we may be able to arrange work out of a different office if preferred.
