Salary Information: Annual Minimum Salary-$52,800-Annual Maximum Salary-$79,200
Hiring Range: $25.38-$31.73
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Pro-rated based on hours/week.
Candidate must reside in one of the five state regions: Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, or Montana.
Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) was founded as a 501(c) (3) non-profit medical institution in 2005 aimed at increasing access to health care in medically underserved areas of the Pacific Northwest.
The University currently offers the degrees of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Master of Arts in Medical Science, and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy enrolling over 550 students annually with plans to develop other programs and/or colleges. Interprofessional education partnerships with other universities adds another 100 students to the population. The campus includes 300 employees with academic programming spread over a five state region.
PNWU is located in Yakima, WA, a city of approximately 95,000 located in the south central part of the state near the eastern slopes of the Cascade Mountains in a major agricultural and outdoor recreation region. General Summary:
Provides support to regions, preceptors, staff, faculty, and students for the Clinical Education process. Assists with third and fourth year set up, changes, training, and troubleshooting. Develops documentation to support clinical rotation needs. Provides regular status reports to assist the College of Osteopathic Medicine and University for accreditation, board, and annual needs.
Essential Job Functions:
• Processes preceptor payments for clinical rotations. Verifies preceptor eligibility for payment and completion of student evaluation, Obtains regional approval.
• Grades clinical rotations by verifying student completion of rotation and evaluations, preceptor completion of student evaluation, case log submission, and Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Achievement Test (COMAT) scores.
• Manages the online program administration software for clinical rotations. Provides training to students, staff, and faculty, and verifies, compiles, and disseminates data. Troubleshoots issues and assists students, staff, and faculty with specific requests.
• Manages SharePoint sites for students, Clinical Education staff, and faculty.
• Performs other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.

Experience:
• Required: 4-6 years
