We are seeking a Copier Service Technician to work onsite at our client's on-site location in Providence, RI.
Essential Job Duties
- Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
- Providing high-quality technical support to our client
- Communicating with customer to ensure satisfaction
- Developing options to solve unusual problems
- Managing time and resources
Qualifications
- Experience and training with Ricoh and HP copiers
- Strong computer knowledge
- Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
