Part-Time Skilled Laborer - Property Development & Renovation (Seattle, WA)

About Us

We are a fast-growing development and property management firm in Seattle, working on residential and commercial renovations, remodels, and property upgrades. We need Skilled Laborers to support our projects with hands-on construction and property maintenance work.

This is a part-time, flexible role with consistent hoursperfect for someone looking to gain experience, stay busy, or supplement other work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with carpentry, demolition, drywall, flooring, and general remodeling.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and debris on job sites.
• Support Lead Carpenters and Handymen with day-to-day tasks.
• Perform basic painting, patching, caulking, and prep work.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site.
• Work on occupied and vacant rental properties, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in construction, remodeling, or general labor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools, such as drills and saws.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from skilled tradespeople.
• Reliable transportation to job sites around Seattle.
• Experience in drywall, painting, flooring, or minor plumbing and electrical work.
