Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Practice - Seeking Talented and Personable Assistant Manager
We're looking for an Assistant manager who is a highly-organized and compassionate individual with at least two years of medical experience and ideally a background and understanding in sales and office administration.
This role will oversee day-to-day patient care in the clinic and also capture, guide, and educate prospects from first inquiry (e.g. phone call, email, social media) through sales process and then guiding patients through an exceptional experience at our practice.
It's important to be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills, as you'll also need to take patient information, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments.
They will also be responsible for managing patient records and medical documents, as well as communicating with other medical staff and departments regarding the patient's care.

Required Experience:
- Demonstrated experience delivering front-line customer service to a discerning clientele;
- Ability to provide high-level service with a positive attitude even in challenging situations;
- Work experience in a medical practice environment;
- A degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
