A Shipping Clerk ensures that finished goods are retrieved from production and loaded for outbound shipments in a timely and accurate manner. Other responsibilities include managing finished goods inventory, cleaning and packaging supplies, and supporting other business functions as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Invoicincing: ensure all shipping documents are created and maintained accurately
- Ownership of finished goods inventory, ensuring that product is shipped properly and handled according to guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the shipping area.
- Ensure and promote compliance with company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
Experience
- previous experience preferred
- Proficient with MS Office suite, inventory, and QuickBooks preferred
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Prior invoicing experience preferred
