What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Servicing Representative position at Pacific Premier Bank?
The Loan Servicing Representative position will conduct all new loan boarding. This position is responsible for the post origination quality control of loan reviews including proper documentation, escrow account disbursements, flood and hazard insurance monitoring, payment processing and other various types of adjustable loan processing as well as understanding applicable compliance issues with knowledge of Commercial, Business Loans and Residential Loans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process transactions that impact the loan portfolio such as payments
- Handle Customer Service calls
- Handle and process mail both incoming and outgoing
- Respond to customer inquiries received, and initiate contact with others by phone and mail regarding the serviced loans.
- Assist in the preparation of closing documents and other collateral releases for paid loans.
- Process maintenance on accounts for ticklers and tracking.
- Run daily reports and validate daily work and prep for daily audit.
- Filing both Electronically and physically
- Responsible for escalation of consumer dispute resolutions to Specialist
- Assist with processing escrow analysis disbursements.
- Process insurance transactions and tax system updates
- Work with the Bank’s third-party vendor to monitor flood and hazard insurance.
- Assist in the preparation of responses to requests for payoff demands received from borrower, escrow companies, and title companies.
- Handle servicing projects as assigned.
- Follow-up and review of all trailing documents for new loan onboardings.
- Assist in handling requests for Annual 1098 year-end reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience in Loan Servicing or Banking
- Commercial and Business loan experience preferred.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $17.29/hr to $25.94/hr. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
