The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and client service, with strong marketing expertise and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for originating residential and commercial mortgage loans as an independent agent, assessing the financial position of customers, and ensuring all borrower and loan information is accurate and truthful.

Requirements
- DRE Broker's License with an MLO endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Licensed Entity or Corporation to act as an independent contractor
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with mortgage industry software, MS Office/Google Docs, and CRM platforms preferred
