Responsibilities
- Originate residential and commercial mortgage loans as an independent agent.
- Market and promote the company's innovative loan products.
- Assess the financial position of customers seeking loans.
- Ensure all borrower and loan information is accurate and truthful.
- Obtain company approval before committing to any fees or expenses.
- Utilize company-provided forms, promotional materials, and software effectively.
- Adhere to California Department of Real Estate rules and regulations.
- Facilitate all necessary documentation for loan processing and funding.
- Collaborate with the company's broker to achieve goals.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years in sales and client service, ideally face-to-face.
- Skillset: Excellent written and verbal communication; strong marketing expertise.
