Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in designated territories.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales potential with existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or outside sales roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and B2B sales environments.
- Experience in territory management is advantageous.
