Community Connections - Perhaps the most essential support PRSG provides is connecting the newest members of our community to more established individuals not only our own staff but volunteers and members of other organizations.
Community Legal Services - Our newest pillar! - The Community Legal Clinic (CLC) assists in bridging the fundamental gaps in Oregons immigration legal landscape by providing low-barrier legal support to migrants through Oregons burgeoning Universal Representation program.
Community Wellness - Supports the physical, mental, and emotional health of our community members. They provide healthcare navigation, hold workshops to teach community essential health skills and knowledge, and are the first point of contact for many of our community members.
Community Education - Offers support to the refugee community to increase access to each individuals unique education and career goals, with a primary focus on youth advocacy and education, English language skills, digital literacy, and professional certification.
Community Aid - Focuses on direct assistance to the most vulnerable members of the refugee community through providing emergency financial funds, monthly goods donation bags, and economic mobility opportunities.

Job Opportunity
Seeking a full-time Accounting and Operations Coordinator interested in supporting the mission, vision, and ongoing development of a growing organization. The Accounting and Operations Coordinator will fill a supportive role to ensure refugees and newcomers feel supported by PRSG as they navigate their new environment in Oregon.
The Accounting and Operations Coordinator will work in collaboration with PRSGs Director of Operations & staff to ensure data integrity is maintained, financial reporting is accurate, payments are made timely, and communications are clear regarding processes and procedures.
Essential Functions include but are not limited to supporting and assisting with :
- Monthly compliance and financial reporting to ODHS, OHA, and any other partners who may require such documentation
- HRSN support including billing for O&E services, request forms to members health plans, and verification of enrollment in a CCO or Open Card
- Data entry in Salesforce & Quickbooks to ensure community member data is accurate and expenditures are recorded accurately.
- Timely processing of payments to vendors and partners
- Financial aid request support including responding to inquiries about payments, check writing, and coordination of efforts to provide assistance
- Expense reports in Expensify to ensure proper documentation of receipts is provided and accuracy of data is maintained
- Inventory of material goods to ensure supplies are available for distribution to community members and accurate counts are available for purchasing purposes
- Other duties as assigned

This is a full-time, salaried non-exempt position. Benefits include : 160 hours of PTO / yr, 18 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, a 401K option with up to 5% employer match (100% at 3 and 50% at remaining 2) and a 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits plan. Mileage will be reimbursed at the federal GSA rate. Employment includes a Professional Development budget for learning opportunities and membership in professional organizations / associations. Work Environment
The work will primarily be performed remotely from home with occasional work at PRSGs office. There may be times where in-person meetings are required in our Portland or Eugene office or mutually agreed upon location.
