In this position, you will work with all ages at our multi-family community for 20 hours per week, and assist the Housing Manager and Maintenance Technician for the remaining 20 hours. How You’ll Do It
As the coordinator of Glenridge Terrace Computer Learning Center (CLC), you will coordinate the development and implementation of all programs and activities. You will work with children of all ages as well as adults, and assist in creating a positive environment for residents, guests, and staff. You will greet and assist Learning Center users, manage communications such as bulletins and newsletters, and lead workshops, activities, and programs. Additionally, you will maintain records, assist with computer projects, tutor Homework Club participants, and collaborate with community organizations to recruit volunteers. You will ensure compliance with HUD guidelines, maintain tenant relations, and support the Housing Manager and emergency responses as needed. Other duties include managing banking deposits and assisting with general office tasks, other duties as assigned.
About You
Compensation: $19.75 - $20.25 per hour, depending on experience.

About You
- Basic working knowledge of computers.
- Good organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of local area service and educational organizations. Knowledge of basic curriculum and activity planning.
- Ability to read, speak and write and follow oral and written directions.
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification, trained and certified within 15 months of hire, or actively pursuing the certification. If you are not COS certified within 15 months, PRS and the communities reserve the right to end employment unless the quality of work displayed justifies continued education and training toward the certification.
Compensation: $19.75 - $20.25 per hour, depending on experience.
