Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Analysist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by researching and analyzing targeted opportunities, conducting due diligence on anticipated partnerships and preparing financial projections for business development initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the industry.
  • Potential Acquisition due diligence: develop and carry out due diligence requirements for identified acquisition targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development metrics, analyzing performance against targets and adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • MBA required.
  • 5 years of experience in business development, acquisition or a related role, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary: $135,000 - $150,000
  • Performance Bonus: Eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to 15%
