Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the industry.
- Potential Acquisition due diligence: develop and carry out due diligence requirements for identified acquisition targets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development metrics, analyzing performance against targets and adjusting strategies as needed.
- MBA required.
- 5 years of experience in business development, acquisition or a related role, preferably in financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: $135,000 - $150,000
- Performance Bonus: Eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to 15%
