This internship will focus on our sales strategy within our National Accounts sales team. They will work with the sales team to understand current strategy for sales and identify gaps for us to build out our new strategy. They will connect with our marketing team to understand current trends and buying habits within the market that we can target to create value and fill a need for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with team members to develop an understanding of the current sales targets and strategies in place.
- Research current market trends and consumer behaviors.
- Research current strategies that our customers within the retail and foodservice industry have and how we can align with those strategies.
- Identify and find creative solutions to meet the needs of our customers and the end consumers.
- Understand the full production and distribution process within our company to create a strategy within current and future capabilities and capacity.
- Comprehend the costing and profitability from the sales perspective and at the processing/distribution levels.
- Gain an understanding of high-level communication, organizational skills, and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare project overview and present findings to executive leadership.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood
Required:
- Pursuit of a Business related undergraduate/graduate degree with an interest in project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Highly organized and excellent with details and accuracy
- Planning and problem solving
