Pacific Skilled Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Admissions Coordinator to join our team! Based at Pearl City Post Acute, this role will oversee and coordinate admissions for Oahu Care Facility, Pearl City Post Acute, and Kulana Malama.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the admissions process across multiple facilities
- Collaborate with hospitals, referral sources, and families to ensure seamless transitions for residents
- Review referrals, verify insurance, and complete necessary documentation
- Provide tours and educate families on available services and care options
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners to optimize occupancy rates
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, or a related role
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance
