General Purpose of the Position:
Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty is in search of an energetic self-starter to fill the full-time position of Marketing Coordinator and join our expanding team. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with the dynamic and highly productive marketing department, engaging with various facets of the firm including the agents, brand, and properties. Serving as a crucial asset in advancing our brand, agents, and represented properties, the Marketing Coordinator is entrusted with addressing the daily marketing inquiries of real estate agents. Responsibilities encompass creating marketing assets for designated agents, conducting proactive meetings to ensure comprehensive awareness of company updates, marketing tools, and PSIR brand resources. Additionally, you will proactively organize group trainings on tools, technology, and marketing strategies, collaborating with the marketing team to devise support strategies for agents' businesses. The ultimate objective is to contribute to agent recruitment and retention by making their professional lives more streamlined and efficient. Leveraging the expansive resources of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the marketing team to strategically create and share new initiatives with agents, thereby playing a pivotal role in the overall success of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s elevated agent service environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to agent inquiries and requests with a sense of urgency.
- Utilize communication strategies to identify agent marketing needs and goals.
- Collect and communicate thorough marketing request specifications for completion.
- Demonstrate expert navigation and training for all company and SIR apps, tools, and platforms.
- Offer direction to source outside service providers and assist agents in managing marketing budgets.
- Deliver end-to-end project support and oversight, collaborating with the Marketing Services Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives, processes, and platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, luxury market developments, and new marketing techniques.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's marketing products, tools, and services.
- Build relationships with Tier One and Tier Two agents, providing ongoing outreach, advisement, and production support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of collateral and services.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and Advertising Coordinator to promote company-wide advertising campaigns, advertising calendar, and global exposure available through our brand to agents.
- Independently perform high-quality work within deadlines, collaborating with team members as needed.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all brand standards and ensure their adherence among agents.
- Guide agents in creating and implementing multimedia campaigns, including print, digital, and social advertising.
- Strategize how multimedia advertising options fit into agents' current systems and marketing plans.
- Provide luxury concierge service and hospitality to agents, ensuring a positive and considerate "Advisor Experience."

Qualifications:
- Real Estate marketing experience
- Positive and self-starting with a great attitude and the ability to see a project through to fruition.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, and Excel.
- Marketing Degree or equivalent preferred
- Persuasive copywriting skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
