The accounting assistant will be supporting the accounting department by carrying out duties like processing invoices, keeping track of financial records, balancing accounts, and helping with financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Entering financial transactions into accounting software.
Processing invoices and payments.
Reconciling bank statements and accounts.
Financial Reporting:
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Preparing reports for management.
Administrative Support:
Handling correspondence and inquiries related to accounting matters.
Assisting with payroll processing.
Managing expense reports and reimbursements.
Other Duties:
Assisting with audits.
Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records.
Staying up-to-date on accounting procedures and regulations.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
