What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Stack Engineer - Vitalize Care (San Francisco, CA) position at Pacifica Connections, LLC?
Pacific Connections is actively recruiting for our client, Vitalize Care.
About Vitalize Care:
Vitalize Care is on a mission to solve the most pressing clinical operations problems for health systems. Our first product is transforming how nursing staff schedules are optimized in real-time to meet patient demand.
Today, nursing leaders spend ~50% of their time managing schedules with outdated software, spreadsheets, and manual processes, leading to inefficiencies, costly labor spend, and last-minute scheduling chaos. Nurses often get called in last minute, and hospitals are left scrambling.
In just 10 months, Vitalize has signed enterprise contracts with 20 hospitals and raised $7M from investors, including Y Combinator, health system customers, and hospital executives across the U.S.
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our fast-growing team. If you’re impact-driven and eager to tackle technical challenges, this is the role for you! Our engineers take full ownership of features that help health systems operate more efficiently and improve patient care.
