What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Pacifica Residential?
We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team!
The Assistant Property Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: reporting any issues or concerns regarding the buildings, keeping the property manager apprised of issues, changes, and special requests made by the owner, tenants as well as team members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to property owners, property managers and tenants.
- Monitor, and coordinate maintenance as required.
- Build good tenant relationship.
- Composes and types routine correspondence.
- Files correspondence and other records.
- Answers telephone and give information to callers or routes call to appropriate person, and places outgoing calls.
- Tracks insurance certificates for tenants and vendors.
- Code invoices for processing.
- Submits invoices on weekly basis to accounting department.
- Works with vendors and tenants to resolve disputes.
- Prepares property form letters in timely fashion.
Skills:
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years of commercial property management experience
- Organizational skills and a strong ability to multitask
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience with YARDI or other property management computer program is a plus
- Responsive, friendly, positive attitude towards, tenants, vendor and coworkers
