Title: Front Desk Concierge
Reports to: Front Desk Lead
Location: Both Bangor (18013) and Easton (18040), Pennsylvania

Hours: All of our team members typically work some configuration of hours spanning both locations in a given week. Every schedule typically consists of some evening hours and/or Saturday hours.
Bangor Hours: Monday to Thursday (8am - 7:30pm)
Easton Hours: Monday & Wednesday (9am - 8pm), Tuesday (10am - 6pm), Thursday (8am - 7pm), Friday (7:30am - 5pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)
Pay: Starts at $15/hour with a range to $20/hour. Earn up to $30/hour with time-and-a-half pay for working on Saturday!
Practice & Position Overview
Pacifico Dental Care is a 3rd generation, family-owned, and fast-growing dental practice in Pennsylvania. PDC has office locations in Bangor since 1958 and Easton since 2018. We provide our patients with a wide variety of advanced dental procedures along with unmatched friendliness and service.
The Front Desk Concierge manages the happiness of our patients at PDC. The Concierge owns almost all of the communication channels with our patients including phone calls, emails, and text messages. The Concierge makes great first impressions with new patients, handles appointment schedule, keeps daily office schedules full, and works to satisfy the preferences and requests of all patients in a cheerful and enthusiastic manner.

- No Dental Experience Required. 100% In-Office Training!

- Learn about patients and what makes them happy
- Make outstanding first impressions for patients on the phone and in person
- Attend to patient preferences and requests
- Build long-term and meaningful patient relationships
- Focus on and manage details about patient appointments
- Maintain full patient schedules for dentists and hygienists
- Communicate with patients about appointments, procedures, and accounts
- Cheerfully handle required patient information at check-in and appointment-making at check-out
- Process patient payments and understand patient accounts
- Deliver outstanding customer service in all daily tasks
