General Purpose
The position is responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and transportation companies and implementing materials management systems. Ensure materials are suitable for construction projects considering properties, costs, and timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers with the planning of the project materials and supply chain management for major project materials.
- Provide skilled oversight of the process activities necessary to manage inventory and place into service quality company facilities within the company's financial and schedule guidelines.
- Ensure security and accountability of inventory deliveries through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.
- Develop and execute replenishment strategies; conducts physical inventories and lead cycle counts.
- Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy.
- Compile and document all transactions for data entry. Enter materials as received in RMP SAP / Oracle software.
- Manage on site communications and direct site personnel in accordance with RMP safety policy.
- Plan and organize delivery schedules at various locations.
- Accurately identify load weight with offloading equipment limits prior to delivery.
- Receive, issue and return material and equipment in storerooms and yards or other locations where material may be temporarily stored
- Confirm received materials meet company standards and delivery expectations
- Conduct monthly inventory edits of several materials storage yards
- Verify stock numbers and voltage types and Equipment to job site
- Comply with all city or county rules and regulations outlined in site permitting.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 12.00% of salary.
