General Purpose
The Talent Director is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and management of talent acquisition, succession planning, talent programs, and the learning and development team. This role ensures the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent to meet its business objectives. This position directs and allocates employee resources, as well as selecting, coaching, and developing employees.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition :
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 20.00% of salary.
