Electrician Estimator

Job Overview

PacifiCorp is a leading provider of customer-centric services, striving to deliver exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders. As a Journeyman Estimator, you will play a crucial role in meeting with customers to determine their load requirements and advising them on our service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company when interacting with customers to understand their needs.
• Have a basic knowledge of marketing programs and other associated company initiatives to serve customers effectively.
• Be qualified to perform estimating functions related to building, rebuilding, and maintaining company electric facilities.
• Shall have practical knowledge of electrical theory and detailed knowledge of construction specifications, electrical codes, rates, and service policies.
• Typical duties include meeting with new customers, documenting correspondence and work assignments, preparing right-of-way easements, making field surveys, processing crossing permits, and designing expenditure requisitions and supporting documentation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
