Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Your ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The office manages a contracting company and a real estate development company.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
- Perform office management duties, including maintaining filing systems and organizing office supplies.
- Bookkeeping duties including accounts payable and receivables.
- Social Media management and content creation
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling clerical tasks.
- Assist with various administrative projects as assigned by management.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- Proficiency in Quickbooks is a plus
- Knowledge of various social media platforms and their functionalities will be preferred
- Creative writing and content creation abilities will be preferred
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently while managing multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail, particularly in proofreading documents and managing schedules.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Hourly wage will be dependent on experience and ability to meet our needs.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
