Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced Control Panel Wireman to assemble, wire, and troubleshoot electrical control panels. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and have a strong understanding of electrical control systems and wiring diagrams. You will be working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of electrical control panels for our clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and control panel layouts.
- Assemble and wire control panels per drawing package.
- Install components such as relays, terminals, circuit breakers, and fuses.
- Perform electrical testing to verify panel functionality and troubleshoot any wiring issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines.
- Identify and recommend improvements in the wiring process to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Proven experience as a Control Panel Wireman or similar electrical assembly role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, control systems, and panel design.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with electrical tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
