What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor position at Pack On The Go?
As a Packout Supervisor , you will oversee the packing and inventory process for customers who need their belongings carefully removed, stored, and restored. You will manage a team of technicians, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain excellent communication with clients and insurance professionals. You will be expected to contribute physically and drive multiple vehicles.

Compensation : 20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities :
Lead and supervise packout crews during job assignments
Oversee the packing, labeling, and inventory of contents with precision
Ensure proper handling and protection of items, including fragile and high-value belongings
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and project managers to provide updates
Train and mentor team members to follow company procedures and industry best practices
Maintain accurate records and ensure job documentation is complete
Operate and maintain equipment used in the packout and restoration process
Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications :
Drivers License and reliable transportation required
Clean background checks only
Reliability - Be on time and ready to own the day
Technical - Ability to operate a smartphone fluidly
Integrity - See something, say something. If you think it might be wrong, it probably is, so let's fix it
Strength and Stamina - Must be able to expertly move heavy furniture up and down stairs repeatedly during the day
Attention and Direction : Must be able to follow directions well and pay close attention to details. Many of our projects are complicated ,with more than one destination
