We’re looking for a Front Desk Experience Coordinator who’s equal parts people-person and powerhouse—someone polished, proactive, and confident juggling both med spa coordination and vision/medical front desk responsibilities. ✨ What You’ll Be Doing ✨ Med Spa Coordination

• Welcome clients with a warm, confident presence
• Manage bookings, cancellations, confirmations, and daily flow
• Educate clients on upgrades, memberships, skincare, and packages
• Coordinate with estheticians to ensure seamless treatment experiences
• Maintain an immaculate lobby, meditation area, and front desk
• Support retail sales and backend admin tasks

✨ Vision & Medical Front Desk Duties

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and personality
• Verify and confidently explain vision and medical insurance coverage
• Collect copays and outstanding balances with accuracy and grace
• Educate patients on the importance of retinal imaging and health screenings
• Answer phones, manage a multi-line system, and schedule appointments
• Keep the front desk running smoothly while supporting clinic operations

• Experienced in spa, med spa, wellness, or optometry/medical front desk
• Naturally organized, stylish, and tech-savvy (MindBody, Vagaro, Square, etc.)

• Fluent in English (Spanish is a major plus!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
