Responsibilities Include
- Manage and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and competitive quotes to clients
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, particularly corrugate, to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients
- Handle customer complaints and issues, offering swift and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with our logistics, design and sales teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and expectations exceeded
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Participate in regular training and development activities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Work closely with scheduling, materials planning, logistics, and operation support roles
- Monitor inventory for customer needs
- Follow procedures and processes to ensure that customer requirements are met and provide feedback and opportunities for improvement to appropriate internal departments
- Order print plates and cutting dies for customers
- Handle existing smaller/house accounts partnering with sales team
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Experience in the corrugated industry a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and within time constraints
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Must exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be capable of independently making sound decisions through creative problem-solving
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software
