Senior Corrugator Training and OperationsSpecialist
This position provides trainingand support to the corrugator teams throughout the company. Theposition reports directly to the Process Technology Director and isclosely coupled with the Corporate Maintenance and ReliabilityOrganization. The position requires about 75% travel to be inthe plants. This key leadership position is an integral part of thePCA corporate effort to bring real resources to the plants in theform of hands on training, troubleshooting and guiding the plantscontinuous improvement efforts. Applicants are expected to have anexpert level knowledge of corrugator operations, various OEMcorrugator systems and controls and be a strong trainer andcommunicator.
