Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer order fulfillment and follow-up.
- Support the purchasing manager with order placement, vendor management, return calls, and follow-up communications.
- Input invoices into the purchasing order system and perform general clerical and administrative tasks.
- Examine vendor acknowledgements.
- Address customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes; conduct follow-up to ensure issue resolution.
- Cultivate and sustain positive and informative working relationships with sales representatives and warehouse personnel.
- Coordinate and dispatch product samples to customer accounts.
- Proactively engage with customers to provide exceptional service.
- Assist with shipment coordination.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services.
- Exhibit adeptness in managing priorities and workflow.
- Demonstrate versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to dynamic priorities with enthusiasm.
- Exercise sound judgment and the ability to make timely and informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- Previous experience in wholesale packaging services, sales, or other related fields
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Team-oriented
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and be resilient to change
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- G-Suite Software Experience (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Salesforce Lightning
- Quickbooks Online Advanced
