This is a full-time on-site role for a Flexo Press Operator at Packaging Personified, Inc. in Sparta, MI. The Flexo Press Operator will be responsible for machine operation, quality control, troubleshooting, printing, and pre-press tasks on a day-to-day basis.
- Machine Operation and Troubleshooting skills
- Quality Control and Printing skills
- Experience in pre-press tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Previous experience in flexographic printing is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
