What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mover/Packer/Helper position at Packliable Moving?
We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our moving crew! This is a pretty simple job — you’ll learn hands-on how we load, pack, and unload using proven methods. We’ll provide all the tools and equipment you need — just bring a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload household or commercial items safely and efficiently
- Work closely with team members to execute moves professionally
- Follow directions and company procedures
- Maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (furniture, boxes, etc.)
- Must be able to stand, walk, and be active for long periods of time
- Reliable and dependable – showing up on time is a must
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- No experience required – we’ll train the right person!
Pay: Starting at $17.50/hr, with potential for tips and raises based on performance.
