Overview
PACO Group, Inc. is seeking Assistant Project Managers to join our team at WMATA to provide robust support in planning, executing, and closing out complex transit construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones, budgets, and deliverables stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize MS Project, Procore, and Primavera P6 to monitor tasks, schedules, and cost controls.
- Compile regular progress updates, perform risk assessments, and help adjust plans as needed.
- Foster productive relationships with engineering teams, field crews, and administrative staff.
- Coordinate client meetings, project documentation, and close-out processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
- Proven track record of supporting multi-phase construction projects or similar large-scale ventures.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Hourly Rate Range: $40-60/hr; Commensurate with experience.
