Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Schedulers at Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to join our growing team. As a Scheduler at PACO, you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and optimizing project timelines for large-scale infrastructure projects. Your expertise in scheduling software, construction operations, and project management will be critical in driving the success of transformative infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule Development and Planning
- Develop comprehensive schedules for all project phases using Primavera P6 or other scheduling tools.
- Establish and maintain critical path schedules, integrating design, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Create and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and deliverables.
Monitoring, Reporting, and Risk Analysis
- Track and report project progress, identify critical milestones, and analyze variances.
- Conduct schedule risk analyses, including quantitative assessments, to mitigate potential delays.
- Prepare and deliver monthly schedule performance reports with insights for stakeholders.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate schedule integration and alignment.
- Review contractor schedule submissions for compliance with project requirements and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Facilitate regular meetings to address scheduling challenges and propose solutions.
Claims and Dispute Resolution (Senior Level)
- Analyze delays and prepare reports on their causes, including recommendations for mitigation.
- Assist in delay claims analysis and support resolution efforts.
Training and Best Practices
- Provide training on scheduling software and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
Junior Level
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience on transit or infrastructure projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and familiarity with MS Project.
Mid-Level
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of scheduling experience, including risk-based scheduling on large capital projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6; experience with Deltek Acumen Fuse.
Senior Level
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in scheduling large-scale transit or infrastructure projects, including forensic scheduling and claims analysis.
- Skills: Expertise in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and advanced scheduling techniques.
Preferred Qualifications (All Levels)
- Certification as a PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or AACEI Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP).
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations relevant to transit and infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
