- Serve as the link of communication between new customers and internal teams ">
- Be the voice of the customer within Pacon, while also representing Pacon's best interests to the customer ">
- Manage the new product/new customer process from concept to start-up and through initial year of production ">
- Manage price lists to the customers ">
- Quote new products to the customer ">
- Be point person for any issues that develop with service levels or products ">
- Work with other Pacon teams and employees to address customer needs, projects, or opportunities ">
Required:

- Five years of key account management and/or business development experience (B2B essential) ">
- Excellent communication skills ">
