Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional HR Coordinator/Scheduler to join our team at Fountain Inn Post Acute. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling employees, managing payroll, and providing excellent customer service to our staff and patients.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
* Manage payroll and benefits administration
* Provide excellent customer service to staff and patients
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Collaborate with management and departments to resolve issues

Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
* Payroll experience (Workday preferred)
* Scheduling experience preferred
