The Health Safety and Environment Lead is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by developing and implementing effective EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain updated OSHA and EPA required written programs and develop/conduct training as necessary.
- Oversee the reporting and investigations of any potential injury, accident, and/or health and safety related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into all aspects of business operations.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering or technical discipline or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
