- Conduct thorough product inspections, including measuring physical attributes and functionality.
- Identify and understand both aesthetic and operational defects.
- Calibrate and implement measurement tools seamlessly into production.
- Data input and documentation of inspection results are crucial.
- Proficient use of QC setups, especially in thermoforming, is valued.
- Collect samples and carry out diverse tests, such as Pipe, Haze, and others (Thermo).
- Verify print quality through visual checks and run assessments like tape adhesion.
- Manage defective products with care, placing them on hold electronically and physically.
- Keep detailed records of all findings and signed documents.
- Conduct thorough audits to confirm packaging and code integrity.
