- Quality Control Checks: Oversee that production matches packaging requirements.
- Meticulous Inspection: Carefully examine products, checking for operational and cosmetic defects.
- Tool Proficiency: Set up, calibrate, and manage gauges for accurate data.
- Data Management: Keep accurate records by inputting results and printing documents efficiently.
- Conduct Tests: Perform varied tests for thermoforming & printing quality.
- Monitor Issues: Contain and address defects, managing hold processes efficiently.
- Document Accuracy: Ensure all records are completed promptly and accurately.
- Audit Assurance: Confirm all aspects of packaging are up to specified codes.
