A reasonable estimate of the current range is $47,000 - $78,000 bonus benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Pactiv Evergreen, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, 401(k) plan with no waiting period and dollar for dollar match up to 6% and immediate vesting, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, paid time off, paid parental leave, up to nine paid holidays and two floating holidays, wellness program, tuition reimbursement and family care benefits.
Responsibilities
This Position is for Pactiv Evergreen Inc.
DESCRIPTION:
- Review customer deductions and categorize to appropriate codes.
- Perform the audit of customer claims, ensuring the backup and authorization presented are acceptable and within departmental guidelines and Pactiv policy.
- Understand customer contracts and highlight if contract not in accordance with the one face policy.
- Proactively communicate information and provide resources to internal and external customers to resolve deductions in a timely manner.
- Identify all invalid customer claims, commence the recovery process and take preventative measures to eliminate future deductions.
- Report out exceptions and drive compliance.
- Identify opportunity to drive efficiencies.
- Verifies data accuracy ensuring that transactions are properly supported and in accordance with internal policies and SOX initiatives.
- Research, plan and assist in the implementation of changes.
- Assist in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- AS degree with an emphasis in finance or accounting or High School diploma with at least 2 years finance or customer service experience.
- Excellent knowledge of systems (SAP, Excel, Word), display strong team skills, excellent follow-up, telephone and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and prioritize to meet deadlines.
