Job Summary:
The Plant Manager is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, quality, engineering, logistics, EH&S, and facilities at the plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and experience in managing a 24/7 operation with high complexity.

The successful candidate will have a BS/BA in engineering or business, 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, and a proven track record of manufacturing accomplishments. A clear understanding of regulatory requirements and management/supervisory experience are also required.
