About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Boiler and Compressor Operator to join our team at our Grottoes, VA facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the Boiler House, Well Pumps, and related systems within the facility. This includes ensuring compliance with all Pactiv, State, and Federal policies, procedures, and standards. Additionally, you will assist the Environmental Systems Operator in the continuous uninterrupted operation of related environmental systems.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with complex systems and/or the industrial sector. They should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be detail-oriented, and highly safety-conscious. Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems is also preferred.
