We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Plant Site as Production Facility Executive. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, including experience in managing large teams and implementing lean manufacturing principles.
Responsibilities include developing annual operating plans, budgets, and detailed plans to deliver production commitments in key safety, quality, service, and cost target areas.
The position also involves providing direction to develop a safety culture required to achieve and sustain world-class safety performance, including development and execution of effective safety processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred.
- 7-10 years experience in manufacturing operations, including management/supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements necessary for manufacturing operations management.
