What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Floater / Lead position at PAD Specialists?
Position Description:
- As a Clinical Floater, you will be cross-trained in multiple areas of patient care and provide support across various departments, such as the front office, clinical, and marketing. This position includes the opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience and advance to a supervisory role overseeing clinical and administrative operations—tremendous vertical mobility potential for star performers.
- Clinical duties: Train to expert level at all 4 Clinical positions, including CS1—pre- and post-procedure recovery, CS2—consults, CS3—first Assistant in Procedure Suite, and CS4—circulator in Procedure Suite.
- Front office duties: Train to expert level at both front office positions—PCC1 and PCC 2—in patient registration, insurance verifications, call management, payment processing, and financial counseling. This is the initial point of contact for patients, referring physicians, and visitors.
- Marketing & Business Devp duties: Train with our local Business Devp Associate and Marketer to learn how to educate the community, visit Referring Physicians and their offices, and earn their referrals.
- Supervisory duties: Lean operations, process engineering, staff scheduling, hours mgmt, staff development, performance reviews, disciplinary action, people mgmt, team building, assurance of excellent patient care and service, continuous volume growth
Schedule:
- Travel to our North Little Rock location is required 1-2 times a week.
- 8-12 hour shifts, Monday - Friday, with rotational Saturdays

- We do not offer paid holidays or paid time off. Our pay is at the 99th percentile for all positions in the locations that we are in. Higher pay has a far higher dollarized value than paid holidays or PTO does. Thus, we do not offer paid holidays or PTO -- we offer the highest pay around.
Requirements:
- 18-month minimum commitment required
- Flexible Schedule is a must
- A customer service-oriented attitude, charisma, and excellent bedside manner.
- Tech savviness
- Meticulous documentation in our EMR is required, so strong English language skills are important.
- Experience with arterial/vascular work preferred
- Drug screens and background check
- Maturity, good judgment, and a proactive mind anticipate and preempt problems (rather than react to them)

- All employees are expected to perform as an integral part of the PADS team and to provide supplemental support as requested, required, or assigned.
