Full-time Nurse Practitioner, PAD Specialists
NP Responsibilities:
- The NP will diagnose the patient and manage PAD in a team centered approach.
- Determine if the patient is positive for PAD and ensure they get the treatment they need. Whether by scheduling a procedure with us and/or following conservative management.
- Must be customer service-oriented at all times and be able to work in a fast- paced environment.
- Be part of the consultation process, working closely with our CS2 (medical assistant). We call them Clinical Specialists because we believe they do so much more than the typical MA.
- Working alongside the Ultra Sound technician who performs and provides the findings of the ultrasounds.
- Interpret the findings and use that as part of your treatment algorithm to determine the patient’s needs.
- The NP does not have any direct reports, however you will act as a leader due to your clinical knowledge and will be deferred to when it comes to the patient's plan of care.
- Be proactive, take the initiative, and predict possible outcomes, rather than be reactive to situations that may arise in the clinic. Ideally, it is your job to look for ways to improve the processes in the clinic, in order to optimize the efficiency and marketability of the organization e.g., patient satisfaction, patient retention, internet reviews, and word of mouth referrals.
All employees are expected to perform as an integral part of the PADS team, and to provide supplemental support as requested, required, or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner.
- No call, no scut.
- An A customer service-oriented attitude is a must.
- Charisma and excellent bedside manner required.
- Completion of really Skills Tests required.
Pay Rate: Starting at $60 per hour, negotiable for star performers.

Some travel between facilities may also be asked of you.
