What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control position at Paddletek Pickleball LLC?
Summary of Position:
Paddletek began as a small family business inspired by a love of the game and a vision for improving paddle technology. We’ve since grown into one of the leading names in pickleball, but our mission remains the same: helping you reach the next level of play.
The Quality Control Expert is responsible for inspecting assembled paddles to determine whether they meet Paddletek’s quality standards, inventory and stock management, retail packaging, possible tournament support, as well as special projects for Paddletek.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include:
Quality Control
· Paddle inspection to determine if assembled products meet Paddletek’s manufacturing standards
· Monthly inventory.
· Retail packaging
Customer Service
· Walk-in orders – Assisting customers and processing payment.Soft goods and Accessories Sales
· Organization of storefront product display and presentation
· Monthly soft goods/accessories inventory
· Storefront apparel stock management
Special Projects by assignment
· Tournament travel, organization, assembly of booth, customer service, and sales.
· Other duties as assigned.
