Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Padgett Business Services has a full time immediate opening for Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.
Must be passionate, self-motivated, a quick learner and willing to learn new software and processes. Opportunity for additional responsibilities and growth in a flexible, family-oriented work environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead in gathering of client information each month
- Knowledge of QuickBooks helpful
- Scan monthly, tax, & payroll documents
- Manage staff calendar
- Answer phones & greet visitors
- Print monthly reports
- Order office supplies
- Organization & attention to detail skills are a MUST
- Stellar customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage time effectively
- Positive team first attitude; We share challenges & victories
- Ability to use phone & computer systems
- Strong listening/comprehension skills
