This position serves as product and support expert to one or more of the following deposit services systems: ACH Origination, Wire Origination, Debit Cards, Consumer and Commercial Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Consumer Capture, Remote Deposit Capture, Exception Item Processing, Account Adjustments, End of Year Processing, Savings Bond Interest Balancing, Dormant Accounts, New Account Review, GL balancing and Bill Pay support. This role also works closely with the bank’s service providers in resolving complex issues. The Deposit Services Specialists strive to exhibit a teamwork environment.

- Serves as a product expert for one or more of the following deposit services systems: ACH Origination, Wire Origination, Debit Cards, Consumer and Commercial Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Consumer Capture, Remote Deposit Capture, Exception Item Processing, Account Adjustments, End of Year Processing, Savings Bond Interest Balancing, Dormant Accounts, New Account Review, GL Balancing and Bill Pay support.
- Performs key operational tasks related to the bank’s deposit services systems
- Reviews software release notes. Communicates software changes to all applicable staff.
#2 Client Support Percentage of time: 15%
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
- Provides elevated client support in the following areas: consumer mobile capture, general client account maintenance, internet banking self-enrollments, commercial and consumer internet banking, general troubleshooting and password resets.
#3 Product and Compliance Knowledge: Percentage of Time: 20%
- Maintain working knowledge of deposit products/services, compliance and regulations.
- Enhance skills with educational webinars/seminars and cross training opportunities.
- Effectively promote products and/or services to provide an incredible and beneficial banking experience to the client.
- Other tasks as deemed necessary to exhibit a teamwork environment.
