Duties
- Assist customers in selecting rental items based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain organized records of rental agreements, customer information, and inventory status.
- Negotiate rental terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market available rental products through various channels to attract potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive rental experience.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
