The Director of HR will be a hands on business partner to the executive team and help drive the company's growth. The Director of HR will be in charge of developing and executing an HR strategy that encompasses all things HR, but a strong focus on succession planning, talent management, talent development, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and company culture and values, as well as a strong focus on employee relations.This company and position is based in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area and is on site. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to the Western Michgian area.
